Did anyone figure out why we are at a 2pm time slot with such a killer main event. Is the UFC trying to save money on PPV buys percentages.

Yes, DC discussed this with Ariel and said because in the Middle East and that area in general Khabib is a mega star. So the time zone showtime for the fight is for the Primetime over there not over here.

Isn’t it obvious? It’s for Europe and the Middle East, maybe Khabib pushes for it.

This bothers me.

UFC is an American made company, American owned and operated, and now we are bending to foreign countries to please them?

I don't like that.   UFC has had events in the past where the events last unti 2 or 3 in the morning local time but was stil aired the normal 9-12pm time in the states.

I always wished the main UFC card started earlier (like 8-9pm EST)....2pm is a bit too early

Khabib/Dustin was on in the afternoon. This looks like it'll be the same.

Oh calm down - Nobody's "bending to foreign countries to please them." It's the most financially lucrative decision for the fighters and UFC brass.

So it should always be prime time for America no matter what country the fights are in or where the fighters are from? Fuck off mate

I think primetime for the US made sense when it was on elsewhere on regular tv while we paid ppv for it. I have no idea how it is over there now.

Correct.

America mother fucker.  When UFC comes to your country, just remember...U-S-A, U-S-A

You're welcome.

2pm is a bit early for main, it’s gonna kill my Saturday. I ussually get all my stuff done around the house and relax once prelims start. Now the card is gonna be throughout most of the day, I guess I’m gonna be a lazy bum.

Question for UG PPV Blackbelts... Im not able to watch live, wont be home until 6ish ET. Can I order the PPV early and watch when I get home? Ive gotten home WHILE the eventwas on when ive been able to pause it then rewind to the beginning (as far back as prelims), but never gotten home AFTER the whole card was done. Thanks in advance to those who offer blackbelt level assistance...
