If Hojak plays that card and is right, he loses any chance of getting custody, while if the Mrs. plays the card, she admits to infidelity, leaves an unpleasant story about the child's origin in the court records, and sacrifices any shot at alimony or child support. She would only really need to call for testing as a last resort if Hojak were to initially win custody, or at least seem to be in danger of winning it.

Hojak, I ordered from them before. They put the lobs in a styrofoam box with cold packs and wet paper towels and they arrive live. Good in the fridge for several days if you want to wait to cook them.
