Chuck 'The Iceman' Liddell is the former UFC light heavyweight champion as well as UFC Hall of Famer. Throughout his career, Chuck was known for his brutal knockout power which he used to defeat the likes of Randy Couture, Alistair Overeem, and Tito Ortiz.
For his entire career, Chuck Liddell was trained by legendary coach John Hackleman at 'The Pit' mixed martial arts gym which specializes in the art of Hawaiian Kempo.
In the following video clip, we see what it takes in order to get a black belt from 'The Pit' and it's not easy - you have to lace up the gloves and trade punches with 'The Iceman' himself.
Though Chuck is very nice to them and is clearly taking it easy, you can tell from his movement and his stance that he still has the ability and could easily put away any of these guys at any time he wanted to.
He throws mostly body shots throughout the sessions, with the exception of a couple of stiff jabs and occasional looping hooks that were trademarks of his. Chuck also throws a lot of left hooks to the body, targeting his opponent's liver which makes a couple of them wince in pain.
Chuck just playfully toys with them for the most part, but this clip really points out the difference in skill between a high-level fighter and someone who's not.
