Guy attempts to take hardest punch from giant bodybuilder

If you have never been in fist fight or competed in a striking based combat sports, you might have one thought lingering at the back of your mind. Can you actually take a punch?

Well, in a 2012 The Dudesons; a Finnish Jackass style group took up a punching challenge to see who could withstand one from the hulking heavyweight Lithuanian Bodybuilder and 2-0 MMA fighter Robert Burneika.

To start off the challenge they test Roberts punching power by having Dudesons member Jukka Hilden hold up a watermelon and have the juggernaut punch it with a standard 4 ounce MMA glove. The results were particularly explosive raining fruit salad all over the mat and crew.

Now feeling a tad hesitant to taking a punch to the face, Jukka tries to persuade other people to take a punch instead of him though everyone declined.

Eventually X-Games Snowmobile veteran Stian Pedersen volunteers to at least take one punch the stomach while also admitting his fear of the Lithuanian to which Robert replied “You should be (scared)”.

This time lacing up a 16 ounce glove, Robert delivers a hard body shot causing the puny Pederson to wince over in pain.

With that all said and done it was now Jukka’s turn to take Robert’s best punch right on the jaw which predictably could only end in one way.

Pain.
