Bullying is pathetic, and particularly touching when it involves a young kid.

The backstory of the following altercation is that the boy with the hat on used to prevent the kid in red to skateboard peacefully, insulting him and physically making sure he did not have fun.

It was not a one-time thing too, as the harassment had been going on for quite some time.

The kid wearing the red shirt just wanted to have fun. Skate board. Laugh with his friends. Have a blast playing outside. Kids stuff.

Try to put yourself in his shoes for a moment… Being a victim of bullying at such a young age must have crushed him emotionally.

Kids take things to heart. And it is normal, it is in their nature. That is why while it IS pathetic and lame to pick on someone for absolutely no reason, it is even more so when it involves a poor innocent child.

The part you don’t see in the video is basically the young bully pulling off his tough act again and teasing his victim by insulting him. It must have happened dozens of times to the other boy. He’s used to it.

But there is only so much one can tolerate in terms of being treated awfully as a person. People are not the same, the have different motivations, but more often than not comes a day when they refuse to be harassed anymore…

This was the day for the young boy.

The altercation is very emotional. It is not merely a violent fight (although it definitely is) as the sight of the boy in red crying and screaming on top of his lungs the moment he fought back is a formidable exhibition of all the frustration he had accumulated so far being released in the form of a vicious response.

The victim starts fighting back by managing to hit a HEAVY, neatly-executed double-leg takedown which sends the bully down hard on the concrete. The rest is a barrage of mean-spirited punches being unleashed at his face.

You’re cheering for the little victim. You feel his anger. You want him to win, you want the bullying to come to an end already.

And that is exactly what happens. The fight is broken up by older people, and the bully walks off frustrated and ashamed. You can be sure he learned his lesson.

And you can be sure the courageous victim’s tears were not shed for nothing this time.
