While she took home an extra $50,000 for her efforts, UFC Fight Night 202 “Fight of the Night” bonus winner Priscila Cachoeira may find herself sidelined longer than anyone else on the card.

Following a brutal battle with fellow UFC women’s flyweight Ji Yeon Kim (9-5-2 MMA, 3-5 UFC) that earned both athletes a bonus, Cachoeira (11-4 MMA, 4-3 UFC) must have a right nasomaxillary suture fracture cleared by ENT, OMF or ophthalmologist, as well as having a first metacarpal base fracture cleared by an orthopedic doctor or face a six-month suspension, leaving her ineligible to compete until Aug. 26.

That’s according to the Nevada State Athletic Commission’s official orders, which The Underground today obtained.

Kim was handed a significantly lighter medical suspension, forced out until just April 13, with no contact in training until March 29.

Cachoeira wasn’t the only athlete to receive a potential six-month order, with Armen Petrosyan, Ramona Pascual, Jonathan Martinez and Carlos Hernandez also needing medical clearance for quicker returns.
