Miesha “Cupcake” Tate is one of the greatest female fights in mixed martial arts history. A specialist in wrestling and jiu-jitsu, she is a former Strikeforce bantamweight champion and former UFC bantamweight champion. She retired to become a vice president for ONE Championship, but returned to the Octagon in 2021, and has gone 1-2.

In 2015, an Australian comedy group and boy band called The Janoskians (Just Another Name Of Silly Kids In Another Nation), participated in a dojo storm. The group is comprised of oldest brother Beau Brooks, twins Luke and Jai Brooks, and friends Daniel Sahyounie, and James Yammouni. Their hits include “That’s What She Said”,  “This Freaking Song”, “Mood Swings”, and “Real Girls Eat Cake”. Cupcake’s hits include “Hitting Jessica Eye“, “Hitting Sara McMann“, Hitting Marloes Coenen“, and “Hitting Holly Holm“.

The rules were simple:
•Tate would grapple with each member for two minutes;
•The goal was to make each tap out as many times as possible within the allotted time.

After a bit of a playful warm up and some friendly banter, one at a time they take their turns being completely dominated by Miesha. To no one’s surprise, she repeatedly is able to take down each member at will and often make them tap out moments after hitting the mat. Anytime Miesha smiles you are able to see she didn’t even feel threatened enough to wear a mouthguard.

In all, Tate gets a staggering eleven takedowns and 15 submissions on the group.
