Tim Kennedy is a former UFC middleweight fighter as well as a US army ranger and former sniper. Needless to say if anybody knows anything about deadly weapons it’s this guy.
In this video from YouTube channel ‘theCHIVE’ Tim shows us how plain old office supplies can be used as deadly weapons. The video, which is to promote upcoming film ‘The Belko Experiment’ which is about a saw-esque kill or be killed scenario that takes place in an office environment, goes over several various weapons which can be used and some are better than others.
For example the cayenne pepper spray seems like a waste of time and would probably only piss someone off in a life or death scenario. The aerosol can flamethrower is a little better but I still doubt someone is just going to let you spray them with that.

The most lethal and effective weapon out of all they go over is probably the paper cutter machete. Though the video is supposed to be more fun and tongue in cheek humor than a serious overview of weapons. All the elaborate traps and tools they go over makes for a fun video but in a real life self-defense situation in an office, the paper cutter machete is the best bet.
Tim Kennedy has recently retired from MMA competition but was one of the top middleweights in the world for quite some time and even has a dominant win over the current champion Michael Bisping.
