The action begins at the one minute and fifty second mark in this one which is the first part in a series of three videos (links in the description box).

You can tell who’s who in this one by the uniform not to mention the obvious differences in fighting stance. The guy in the long pants in obviously representing Wing chun while the guy in the shorts is representing MMA.

Early on the MMA fighter is calmly circling while the wing chun practitioner is remaining stationary in a cat-like stance, ready to pounce when his opponent gets too close. The wing chun guy lands a couple good kicks in the first exchange while the MMA doesn’t really land anything of note yet.

That changes quickly though as the wing chun guy then walks into a couple hard left hooks that stun him. He is clearly hurt here and eventually leaves the arena which concludes the first round.

The second part of this fight (link in description) starts out kind of weird with both guys looking like they don’t want to fight. Eventually the wing chun practitioner rushes in but leaves his chin way up in the air and ends up eating yet another big left hook. This time he gets dropped but manages to get back to his feet momentarily before he is dropped again once more

The action resumes but the only strikes of note for the remaining second round are some solid downward elbows by the wing chun guy on the inside.

The third and final round is somewhat uneventful yet still quite a clear win for the mma fighter. Though realistically this contest should have been stopped in the first round when the wing chun guy left the ring as well as in the second round after he was dropped twice. The MMA fighter was clearly the more skilled, well-rounded fighter in this one.
