MMA fighters are among the fittest people on the planet, and you can bet their squat game is on point. So, without further ado, let’s have a look at the 16 greatest female MMA fighter’s butts of all time!

#16 Rin Nakai

The eccentric Japanese former UFC fighter loves to train in very NSFW outfits. No, seriously, Rin Nakai does it regularly, in high heels and bra. Her training sessions look more like an obscure Japanese soft-core film with a tremendous tush than an actual MMA training. We have no complaints about that.

#13. Rachael Ostovich

The Hawai'i-born Rachael Ostovich is a veteran of Invicta FC's and the UFC's flyweight division. The black belt in judo's father, Robert "Bob O" Ostovich is a pioneer of the MMA scene in the Aloha State. Ostovich has not fought under MMA rules since her release by the UFC late in 2020, but she competed for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship in 2021, defeating another entrant on this list, Paige VanZant. She has put a great deal of effort into her subscription social media platform, leveraging, among other remarkable assets, her astonishingly great ass.

#12. Paige VanZant

She currently is a performer in All Elite Wrestling, as a wrestler, and an athlete in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. She also has an extraordinarily successful subscription social media platform - check out her fanny pack and more at

#11. Bec Rodriguez

Australian flyweight Bec Rodriguez is a ferociously tough competitor in MMA and bare knuckle boxing, and an enthusiastic proponent of using sex appeal to further her efforts. This is rational, as she's got a supa dupa.

#10. Mackenzie Dern

Mackenzie Dern is a former world champion in Gi (IBJJF), No Gi (ADCC), and currently competes in the UFC's strawweight division. The daughter of BJJ great Wellington "Megaton" Dias, Dern grew up traveling back and forth between Arizona and her father's native Brazil. Now a wife and mother, there will be no OnlyFans for Dern, who explained, "I don’t judge those who have it, but it’s not my focus; my focus is to represent women ... to me, every woman is beautiful." We agree, and are obliged to add that Mackenzie Dern's glorious badonkadonk deserves entry into Brazil's famed annual Miss Bumbum beauty pageant.

#9. Felice Herrig

Felice Herrig has an extraordinary combat sports record, beginning competing in Muay Thai in 2005, if not earlier. The strawweight "Lil Bulldog" has not fought since 2020. She's a third-wave feminist, who can beat most men in a fair fight, and owns her own sexuality, using it for her own means.

“I play up the sexy side, but I’m not playing," she explains. "I’m being me. I’m not doing anything I’m uncomfortable with. A lot of people think that’s what I’m all about and that I don’t care about my fighting, that I spend more time promoting myself than training. There’s only so much time in the day. I’m more dedicated than any other woman I’ve met and most of the guys. At the same time, fighting is a business. I’m promoting my brand. With women athletes, you get a lot more opportunities. It’s more intriguing to the general public if they see a woman that wouldn’t strike you as a fighter."

#8. Claudia Gadelha

Claudia Gadelha, a retired Brazilian UFC women’s strawweight reinforces the ‘Brazilian girls have the world's greatest rear ends’ cliché. And evidently, the genes of the Gadelha family are stellar. Now done fighting, Claudinha has a 3rd-degree black belt in jiu-jitsu, a law degree, multiple business interests, and a terrific tuchus.

And check out Claudia Gadelha's OnlyFans. But don't expect pron. As she explains: "Imagine thinking someone would fight their way out of the favelas, become a world champion in their martial art, get a degree and then give them porn because they waved some dollars at her? Haha Not happening! I am here to help you with confidence, nutrition, life style, sex, and workout tips. That's the way I can bring value to your life. And, of course, exclusive sexy pictures that you are not going to see anywhere else. Because I love my body and want to show it but not on instagram, right??"

#7. Michelle Waterson

Michelle Waterson was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado; her father was born in the USA, and her mother in Thailand. "The Karate Hottie" has been modeling since 2004, and competing in martial arts since early childhood. She is accomplished in multiple fight sports but found the greatest success in MMA, and has been fighting since 2007. A natural atomweight, and world champion at that weight for Invicta, the world's leading women-only league, Waterson has had to fight up at strawweight and even flyweight in the UFC, and remains a powerful force, with a perfect patootie.

#6. Angela Hill

Angela Hill came to MMA from a kickboxing background, and became the first African American female fighter in the UFC, entering the big show from Invicta FC, where she was strawweight champion. She earned a degree in fine arts from Cooper Union school of art in New York City, but set working as an animator aside to kick butt. And all the butt kicking developed a Booteus Maximus. As a completely random aside, Overkill's grandparents, Barney and Betty Hill, were the source of the first widely publicized alien abduction report in the USA.

#5. Angela Magana

TCheeky UFC fighter Angela Magana has a butt even models would envy, one of the most nicely-proportioned rear ends combat sports has ever seen, hands down. "Your Majesty" knows she is hot and is not above plastering pics and videos of her interstellar-looking bubbles all over her social network. Magana, who suffered extraordinary hardship during her teen years, is today an all-around good, good person. She  recently was an Olympic team member for Puerto Rico, and is now a gym owner and cutwoman for hire, who is fervently devoted to animal rescue.

#4. Valentina Shevchenko

The Kyrgyzstan-born UFC women's flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko is arguably the WMMA G.O.A.T., speaks fluent Russian, Spanish, English, and is learning Thai, trains all over the world, can dance at a professional level, is a firearms expert, and has a delightful derrière. If the world gets tired of guys in the James Bond role, there is only one woman who could truly fill the role, and she's called "The Bullet."

#3. Aleksandra Albu

The UFC is trying to expand its market internationally, and acquired a valuable asset in fighter Aleksandra Albu, and her bubble butt you want to dial. The Moldova-born Russian they call "Stitch" got into the UFC with a single fight, won two in a row, dropped two, and has not fought since 2019.

#2. Micol di Segni

#1. Miesha Tate

The UFC women’s bantamweight's form reminds us why we love tight fight shorts so much. Her blessed assurance is impossible to turn away from, as one LEO discovered to his chagrin at UFC 196 in 2016.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Russel Mettke became a viral hit when Miesha Tate's kiester appeared to have not escaped his attention. Defenders claim he was looking for donuts, but we are not entirely convinced.

You be the judge.

When Tate saw the offending video, she was of course appalled, reported him to his superiors, and started a campaign to bring public attention to the rising national crisis of ogler cops.

Actually, "Cupcake" is cooler than absolute zero, so she went over to the LVMPD, and applied the harsh Code of Hammurabi - an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and an ogle for an ogle.

Tate survived the ogling and went on to submit Holly Holm in the fifth and final round at UFC 196. Later that year she lost the title to Amanda Nunes, fought once more, and took a job as a Vice President for ONE Championship. In 2021 she triumphantly returned, earning a Performance of the Night bonus winning TKO of Marion Reneau.
