Pearl Gonzalez has enjoyed a remarkable career in combat sports since 2010. She began fighting professionally in mixed martial arts that year, and in 2017, following a six-fight win streak, “The Chi-Town Princess” began fighting in the UFC. There she went 2-0, so moved to Invicta FC and went 4-2, including a Technical Decision loss for the flyweight championship. She retired from MMA early in 2020, and went 1-2 in professional grappling events for the rest of the year.
In 2021 the mediagenic Gonzalez went 1-1 in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. And in 2022 she went 2-0 in boxing, using the conventional ruleset. Both bouts were for Jorge Masvidal‘s Gamebred Boxing.
Early in 2023, Gonzalez started an OnlyFans. And now, on Saturday 1 April, at Gamebred Boxing 4, Gozales boxes Gina Mazany, a fellow former UFC fighter turned OnlyFans model and boxer.
At the event press conference, Gonzales showed up wearing nothing but Fruit Rollups, a flat, fruit-flavored snack rolled into a tube. The snack debuted in 1983, before Gonzales was born, with the slogan, “Fruit Corners Fruit Roll-Ups: Real fruit and fun, rolled up in one.”

At the public weigh-ins, opponent Mazany did a little Jiu-Jitsu, and showed up eating Fruit Roll-Ups.

At the press conference, Gonzales turned entirely serious, and highlighted the depth of the card from an MMA perspective.

Former UFC fighters on the card include Jose Aldo, Vitor Belfort, Joe Riggs, Jacare Souza, and Jeremy Stephens. The main event features Anthony Pettis vs. Roy Jones Jr, who, at the age of 54, says this is likely his last fight.
